Franck är kunnig, engagerad och positiv så det var en mycket positiv och prisvärd upplevelse som vi varmt kan rekommendera. Francks förmåga att anpassa sig till våra frågor och vårt intresse var stort och hans engelska alldeles utmärkt vilket gör att vi nu har en helt annan känsla för alla de olika Chablis som finns på Bolaget och också förståelse för var och hur de producerats. Pauline et moi tenons à te remercier pour le temps passé ensemble... Ce fut un plaisir et un souvenir inoubliable.. La façon de présenter ce coin de paradis était parfait - instructif, amical, sincère et surtout ajusté à des amateurs comme nous... En moins de 15 minutes, nous avions l'impression d'être guidé par un ami de longue date plutôt que par un de ces experts qui s'efforcent d'être des Primadonnas du vin... Un gros merci à toi et surtout demeure tel quel, même si la Chablis Vititours devient millionnaire... Il est inutile de te dire que je me fais un devoir de te recommander à tous nos amis du Québec qui visiteront ce coin de paradis..... Je t'envoie en annexe un souvenir qui de notre coté demeurera gravé à jamais dans notre tête et notre coeur... Un très gros merci pour ta générosité... 9月19日、VITITOURSの1日コースに参加いたしました。 Chablis地区の土壌や、ブドウ、ワインについて熟知しているFranckの案内で ChablisやＩrancy等のブドウ畑を廻ることが出来て夢のようでした。 ブドウ畑の眺めも素晴らしく、また周辺の畑や村の景色も素敵でした。 そしてCrémant de Bourgogneのブドウの収穫を見ることが出来たのは幸運でした。 畑で作業をしていたフランソワとその家族の笑顔が忘れられません。 私の様な素人にも丁寧にご説明下さいまして、有難うございました。 是非日本の友人たちにもこのツアーを薦めたいと思います。 Tomoko YOSHINO
We thoroughly enjoyed the whole package of this wine tour, with the collection from our boat in Auxerre, a comprehensive look around the vineyards and finally the wine tasting. We would recommend all wine loving visitors to take advantage of this tour. We learned so much about Chablis and the different labelling requirements, which we never really understood before.
